QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience in account management within the grocery industry.
  • Experience contributing to brokerage account management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of grocery retailer dynamics, the food and beverage industry, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong analytical proficiency in SPINS, CRM software, especially Salesforce, with a proven track record in dashboard and tracking enhancements.
  • Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge and execute robust strategies for brand retention, expansion, and the direct oversight of top brand partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to our team of Brand Partner Managers, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Partner Manager/Account Management Team Lead on vital initiatives, team development, and operational excellence.
  • Deepen relationships with brand partners, securing their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive outreach and effective problem resolution.
  • Seek out and exploit opportunities for revenue growth via strategic partnerships, innovative expansion efforts, and penetrating new markets.
  • Set a new benchmark for customer service by ensuring brand partners’ expectations are not only met but surpassed, focusing on a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Refine our use of Salesforce CRM by developing top-tier dashboards and tracking mechanisms, providing comprehensive insights into brand partner dynamics and market trends.
  • Serve as the main conduit between brand partners, our field team, and various company departments, facilitating a unified approach to achieving shared goals.
  • Direct the account management strategy for our burgeoning brokerage division, working in concert with the executive team on route to market planning and detailed sales strategy development.
  • Propel the Brand Partner Management department’s data and analytics capabilities forward, offering our brand partners unparalleled reporting and data-driven insights - working specifically in Salesforce and SPINS.
