Since 2004, we have been empowering business owners by taking accounting and operational support functions off their plates allowing them to focus on their core business. Supporting Strategies’ experienced professionals use our cutting-edge cloud-based platform, virtual infrastructure and proven process to deliver a full suite of outsourced services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, financial reporting and payroll administration.

Supporting Strategies is continuing to grow rapidly and we are currently looking for a Director of Virtual Accounting Services. This is a leadership role responsible for company management, leading high impact professional teams and developing client relationships.

  • Lead a growing team of remote accountants and support staff
  • Manage client onboarding, service delivery, and account management
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, workflows, and capacity planning
  • Drive adoption of processes, systems and initiatives to improve efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs and gather data to evaluate and improve performance
  • Support recruitment and professional development of team members
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Identify and implement new services, tools, and technologies
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on client delight
  • Liaise with clients to proactively resolve escalated issues

Responsibilities:
