Description:

We are in search of a proficient Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to be based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The individual will play a key role in the finance department, managing and coordinating activities related to credit investigations and the collection of delinquent customer accounts. The primary objective of this role is to ensure maximum cash flow and adherence to credit policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, assist, and coordinate activities of workers engaged in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent customer accounts to ensure maximum cash flow.
  • Monitor the credit, collections, accounts reconciliation, deduction management, and cash application process to ensure timely posting of all accounts receivable activity.
  • Manage and direct all third-party collection agencies.
  • Provide requested support and explanations related to Accounts Receivable for all bank and financial audits.
  • Enforce Credit policies and procedures.
  • Manage the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Manage the preparation of month-end reconciliations and reserve schedules.
  • Use software such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Microsoft Excel for various functions.
  • Supervise the team and manage their performance.
  • Conduct credit analysis and cash flow analysis as part of the job function.
  • Manage cash flow reports and cash flow management as part of the job responsibilities.
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory
  • Experience in Credit Analysis is required
  • Familiarity with Third Party Collections is necessary
  • Ability to handle Cash Applications efficiently
  • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation
  • Strong skills in Cash Flow Analysis
  • Expertise in Cash Flow Management
  • Ability to generate and interpret Cash Flow Reports
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is expected
  • Must have supervisory management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
