QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances and/or channel sales at hyperscalers or other companies with complex enterprises GTM. Experience with business development, product partnerships preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interacting with and presenting to senior leadership, externally and internally.
  • An understanding of AI applications and general principles, nice to have experience of applications in healthcare.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and explain them to others verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT ROLE

This position is pivotal for driving growth with a range of strategic partners including: data infrastructure companies, marketing platforms, marketing agencies, consultants & SIs. Successful candidates should be able to both paint the long term vision of the partnership’s function, and execute on the near term quarterly goals to get there a few partners at a time. This role combines technical acumen and curiosity for AI with strategic business development and alliance management skills. The role will lean towards executing, learning and iterating. The role is responsible for accelerating the expansion of RG’s AI solutions through the right strategic partnerships. The work will create an ecosystem that significantly enhances the impact and reach of RG’s offerings. Ultimately, the role is focused on ensuring RG’s solutions provide ecosystem value for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partnership Development and Execution: Identification, evaluation, and development of strategic partnerships with relevant organizations. End to end partner development and management across deal origination, negotiation, closure and measurement.
  • Pipeline Driven: Ensure partners and channels are set up to both drive new quality leads, accelerate opportunities and ultimately lead to sustainable revenue growth in partnership with the sales and client success teams.
  • Build a partner roadmap and refine partner strategy : Ensure alignment of business development, product integration, and channel strategies with product management, marketing, sales, and engineering teams. Define a roadmap and iterate on it as you learn. Strive towards execution over strategy.
  • Foster Partner Co-Marketing: Partner with RG marketing to co-create webinars, attend events and facilitate co-lead generation and through leadership in the market.
  • Enable Partners via Programming: Evangelize an ecosystem of channel partners who need to be able to include a startup in their sales motion to large healthcare plans. These partners will largely be generating demand and therefore need to be equipped and incentivized to sell and integrate RaidantGraph’s solutions effectively. Understand partner commercial incentive models and how RG fits in.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership on performance and measurement : Setup framework and cadence to monitor the performance of integration partnerships and channel partners, often working directly with commercial and product leaders.
