OVERVIEW:

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with one of the Leading UK Private Healthcare providers, for their Residential Complex Care service in the London area to recruit for the role of a Centre Director. The medium to large service, is looking for their next nurse qualified leader to help give stability to the home.
This exciting role involves undertaking all operational responsibility, financial oversight, and compliance with regulatory requirements, with plans to get new home and chances to develop personally.
The successful candidate is someone with a lot of tenacity, drive, and enthusiasm, who can take on the full responsibility as a Centre Director. You will lead the Senior Management team driving forward the success of the service ensuring clinical excellence and high site performance.

– Lead and inspire team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered support.
– Implement and maintain best practices in social care.
– Continuously develop and improve service delivery.
– To work with a new Business Development Manager to enhance Commercial streams
– Deliver the highest standards of care whilst performing within budgetary and financial constraint
