REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary education in engineering, computer science or a relevant discipline;
• Experience in software delivery and deployment, preferably serving a similar industry;
• Experience in client relationship management;
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a geographically-distributed team;
• Ability to identify opportunities in an evolving business environment;
• Ability to learn quickly and adopt new and innovative ideas to create value;
• Excellent communication skills, towards clients, partners and other stakeholders.

We’re looking for a driven innovative Director of Client Delivery to lead a distributed team of consultants and developers, and drive success in projects from implementation, delivery to support.

• Lead efforts to enhance value for stakeholders in the region;
• Oversee project success, maintain client relationships, and optimize team performance;
• Ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction;
• Managing project planning, scheduling, and coordination;
• Collaborating with practice leads for resource management;
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team;
• Developing staffing plans to meet client needs;
• Supporting pre-sales activities to achieve company objectives;
• Upholding company culture and fostering a positive work environment;
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members;
• Communicating client updates to management teams regularly.
