Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial residential strategies according to Slide’s goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial residential opportunities (expansion, business development, etc).
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
- Ensure the quality and integrity of commercial residential underwriting activities and processes.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Develop the guidelines and procedures regarding risk exposure, application renewal, acceptance, modification, and denial.
- Develop and implement commercial residential insurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead, support, and develop the Commercial Residential team, delivering continuous performance feedback and providing opportunities for professional success.
- Collaborate with and coordinate with diverse teams within Slide to meet business goals and objectives.
- Monitor performance of commercial residential activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
