Description:

As Director of Corporate Affairs, you will provide strategic and operational management for Frimley Health’s corporate business affairs, integrated governance and corporate business processes and internal systems.
As a subject matter expert, the Director of Corporate Affairs will act as principle advisor to the Board, Trust Executives and Chair providing assurance on compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory and governance framework. You will provide oversight on changes and the impact on the Trust’s activities, ensuring the Board are briefed appropriately.
The role will support the development of strategy, policy and delivery in accordance with the Trust’s vision, values and objectives.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, Chair, Chief of Nursing and Midwifery the Director of Corporate Affairs will provide support in their respective roles. Ensuring the Board, Gorernors and related committees are effectively and efficiently managed and recorded.
The Director of Corporate Affairs will lead on all corporate and integrated governance, advising on relevant legal and statutory obligations to ensure compliance.
