The role
As Director of Creative Operations, you will lead a group of operations and project management specialists to deliver best-in-class creative for the HelloFresh Group brands and markets. You will be responsible for design operations for all online and offline assets across all international markets. You are part of the Global Brand Team, reporting to the Senior Executive Creative Director, working closely with Marketing Communications and the HelloFresh Group Studio.

What you’ll do

  • Establish best-in-class creative workflows that optimise quality creative output and innovation.
  • Plan and define the global creative workload of the design team collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure and measure the consistent delivery of best-in-class creative across all touch points
  • Drive and oversee constant data-driven improvements of campaigns and assets in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead the online- and offline- design & project management teams and ensure execution of projects for all brands within the HelloFresh Group
  • Manage creative workflow across 16 markets with multiple shareholders, languages and local nuances.

What you’ll bring

  • Senior professional with min 7 years’ experience in creative operations leadership
  • Ability to forecast/plan creative resources grounded in data
  • Connect creative execution and measure them against business strategy
  • Budget planning and management experience
  • Understanding of testing setups and optimisation
  • Performance-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative personality, but not to shy to make decisions and be held accountable
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and operate in international environment
  • Experience in leading and developing a high-performing Design team
  • Ability to set and maintain processes and structures
  • Comfortable in communication and negotiation with Executive Stakeholders
  • Experience with JIRA or other project management systems
