PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Typically possesses Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or relevant work experience in large scale organizations
- Deep understanding of talent and culture principles and practices, including leading employee engagement, culture practices and teams.
- Vendor management skills, ability to research and glean insights and experience developing and driving engagement activation programs at scale.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Director of Employee Engagement to be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and goals. This leader will partner with Heads of Human Resources (HR), Talent Consultants, business line leaders, and outside experts to design, develop and implement the corporate wide talent strategy for specific talent programs to achieve key business outcomes. Additionally, this leader will own the development and implementation of the employee survey strategy including culture audit(s) working closely with the current employee engagement vendor and online survey tool, Qualtrics, as well as the HR Data team on insights. The goal of this role is to maximize employee engagement to drive business outcomes.
