Description:

Asana is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Billing and Monetization teams. The teams’ mission is to make it effortless for companies to purchase and grow with Asana. This group builds customer experiences and infrastructure across payments, pricing & packaging, new revenue and other strategic programs to support Asana’s rapidly changing business.
This is a manager-of-managers role managing 5 full-stack product engineering teams that partner with many other teams across Asana to make sure our revenue engine successfully powers our mission. The role is perfect for engineering leaders who thrive in the nexus of engineering, product and business, have an end-to-end ownership mindset and drive for results.
This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
