As the Director of Enterprise Business Systems, you will play an instrumental role in developing the company’s internal technology stack, encompassing vital platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise architecture, technical leadership, customer-centric focus, and team management.

• Manage the company’s entire technology stack, including Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Salesforce platforms.
• Ensuring smooth operation and optimization of our Platforms.
• Leading a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of business systems, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing and optimizing our technology infrastructure to support the company’s growth and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to business systems, providing timely resolution and troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending adoption where appropriate.
• Act as an enterprise architect, designing and implementing scalable and sustainable solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our business systems.
