CapitalBox is the business lending tribe of Multitude that offers financing to Small and Medium-sized companies (SMEs) through credit lines and installment loans. The entire process is digital, which enables SMEs to receive the necessary funds within minutes of approved applications.
We seeking a Director of European Lending Innovation & Sales to lead the design and execution of sales strategies for expanding secured lending products across Europe. Collaborate with product teams to customize offerings for diverse European markets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on lending products and sales.
- Experience working with B2B
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and driving product development in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in sales strategy development, execution, and performance management.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Deep understanding of the European lending market, including regulatory environment, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Ability to leverage technology to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to set clear goals, measure performance, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to expand the secured lending product portfolio across European markets.
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor offerings to diverse European market needs.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies to increase market share and penetration for secured lending products in Europe.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for entering new markets or expanding existing
- Establish partnerships and distribution channels to enhance market reach and distribution of secured lending products.
- Work closely with product development teams to tailor secured lending offerings that meet the diverse needs and preferences of European customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing secured lending products in European markets.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to review sales materials, contracts, and documentation for adherence to regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry associations to support sales and business development efforts.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote secured lending products and enhance brand visibility.
