Description:
EDUCATION:
- Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field or substantial proven experience in the EV Charging Sector.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years’ experience in a world class Sales/Marketing organization.
- 10 years’ experience in managing across teams.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
- High level of communication and organizational skills, strong teaming skills, personal sales skills, marketing implementation strategy, manage complex issues such as; Direct sales model vs. distribution, potential development of rep strategy, and strategic partnerships. Maintaining the image and integrity of the Legrand with our clients, consultants, distribution partners. Negotiating contracts, maintaining our margins.

Responsibilities:
- Develop differentiated programs utilizing Legrand North America brands represented within the EV Charging sector. Proactively market contracts and programs to customer base where appropriate.
- Utilize professional consultative sales expertise to conduct business analysis and then develop, present and implement customized business solutions to the customer.
- Where necessary, engage with the Legrand Sales Channel Partners, RVP’s and rep agencies to develop an effective coordinated sales strategy.
- Engagement with Legrand’s Overhead busway division leaders to collaborate on EV Charging infrastructure opportunities.
- Prepare annual business plan in support of company objectives and conduct regular reviews with EWS (Electrical Wiring Systems) Senior leadership.
- Develop key channel partnerships in concert with the Electrical Wiring Systems sales and Demand Creation Teams.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales potential and other important activities within market responsibilities.
- Fiscal responsibility for cost center in conjunction with budgetary levels provided.
