The Director of Finance plays an integral role overseeing the financial operation of the business. Driving business performance and mitigating risk through the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls. This role is responsible for the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Acting as a business partner, this role will identify opportunities to manage costs and optimize vendor relationships and manage the Company’s cashflow and covenant compliance reporting. You will lead a detail-oriented team of professionals in the Accounting and Payroll departments, servicing locations in Ontario and Alberta.
