JOB DESCRIPTION

Director of Finance
Our company is seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a global leader in the manufacturing industry, we offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires exceptional financial management skills. The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting teams at various operating locations of the division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior accounting and financial functions and electronic components experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to achieve and maximize growth and profitability of business unit
  • Analyze financial results and explain key findings and variances to senior management
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and US GAAP for division financial reporting
  • Ensure adequate internal controls over accounting and financial reporting in accordance with SOX guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10 or more years’ experience in senior accounting and financial functions, with at least a portion of the years in manufacturing
