On our continued growth journey, we are now looking for our next colleague to take on the role - Director of Finance, responsible for the company’s finances. Kundo is a SaaS company offering Sweden’s most effortless customer service system. We are on the journey to become the leading provider of digital customer service products in the Nordic region. This means we have an ambitious and exciting journey ahead, continuing to expand our product and enter new markets.

As Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the company’s financial management in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Together with the management team, you will drive improvements in profitability, growth, and business operations. You will be responsible for continuous reporting of key metrics and financial results, accounting, as well as financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. We believe you are experienced in setting up automated processes, have expertise in business intelligence, and in business analysis. The role has a strong operational focus, and we are looking for someone who is pragmatic and capable of working at both strategic and operational levels. You will report directly to the CEO and be a part of the company’s leadership team. You will lead our three external accounting consultants in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, the role doesn’t have direct reports.

Collaborating closely with the CEO and management team, you will shape and execute financial strategies aligned with our growth objectives. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting
• Providing insights for budgeting and forecasting to guide strategy and decision-making
• Creating monthly financial board reports and models
• Overseeing ongoing accounting and collaborating with accounting consultants and auditors
• Managing daily administration; cash management, provisions, banking matters, and customer invoicing
• Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health
• Developing the KPI framework for the organization to measure operational efficiency, financial health, and progress towards strategic goals
• Supporting functional leaders in identifying and implementing operational improvements
• Benchmarking the company’s performance against competitors and the SaaS community
• Business Intelligence, Automation, and System Development
• Improving financial processes, enhancing data structures and collection for better and more automated reporting and analytics, leading to real-time insights and value creation
• Risk Management
• Using analytics to predict and mitigate potential financial risks and proposing actions
• Investor Relations
• Supporting the CEO in ensuring the company’s financial strategy and performance are well understood by key owner constellations
• Driving strategic financial initiatives
• Being the lead in key financial strategic initiatives such as market sizing, pricing, investment opportunities, digital transformation, capital structure optimization, data analytics development, revenue diversification etc.
