Description:
Join our team as our Director of Finance, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer! Lead finance operations with transparency and efficiency for the Canadian Brewhouse Group and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with leaders and staff to implement effective financial strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized accounting designation CPA.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a financial management role, combined with experience managing and building high performance teams.
- 5+ years of leadership and strategic business planning.
- Proficiency in software applications and ERP solutions.
- Well-developed communication skills, including oral, written, presentation and inter-personal.
- Ability to perform in a high energy, fast paced environment.
