Responsibilities:

  • Chart the Course: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to set the strategic and operational direction for all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Lead and Develop: Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback, crafting development plans and succession strategies for Food & Beverage managers and future leaders.
  • Team Excellence: Ensure the selection, training, development, and evaluation of all team members are effective and aligned with our premium brand standards.
  • Drive Performance: Establish metrics, benchmarks, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Forge Relationships: Build strong relationships with the leadership team, associates, guests, and external partners to foster a welcoming and memorable dining atmosphere.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Work closely with Sales & Marketing to execute revenue strategies, including menu design, pricing, and promotional events.
  • Resource Management: Manage labour, operating expenses, contracts, and external suppliers efficiently, ensuring budgetary compliance and financial performance.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Tackle projects and seize opportunities collaboratively or independently to maximise our success in a dynamic environment.
