The purpose of the Group FP&A (FP&A) function is to own the planning and reporting agenda of Pandora globally. FP&A plays a vital role across the Global Finance function by defining and leading the performance management framework globally. The FP&A planning team drives the Group short and long-term forecasting and is a key business partner to the Group CFO, providing financial insights to support guidance and investor communication. FP&A works closely with Group Commercial Finance, other HQ Business Finance functions and Key Market Finance Directors to ensure appropriate targets across Pandora.

Now you have the chance to be a key contributor to future growth in a strategically important role as our Director of FP&A, Group Financial Planning. You will take strong personal ownership in driving Pandoras planning and forecasting process including the company’s 3-year strategic plan supporting our long-term guidance. As Pandora continues to grow and expand, ensuring we have an accurate, streamlined and agile forecasting process becomes increasingly important.
As Director of FP&A, Group Financial Planning you will collaborate with senior finance and business stakeholders in building financial targets for the company, incorporating, and communicating them as part of the planning process. You will develop a deep understanding of the business and performance drivers to be able to actively manage and forecast Pandoras financial performance. This is a high pace role with considerable senior stakeholder visibility. There will be ample opportunity to define and develop the role. We are looking for a person who has a relentless mindset of constantly improving and streamlining, both from a process and technology perspective.

Further, you will:

  • Drive qualified decision-making by providing valuable insights, reports, analysis recommendations regarding Pandora’s financial plans
  • Drive global standardization and efficiencies for Pandora in the digital planning area
  • Develop reporting to Pandora’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors on budget and forecast scenarios
  • Take a significant role in implementing Pandora’s new financial planning system
  • Continuously develop Pandora’s strategic 3-year financial plan, that forms the basis for capital market short- and medium-term updates.
  • Own and develop the quarterly financial data book as the basis for Pandoras global planning
  • Leading the team and ensuring adequate staffing/resources, by building solid succession planning and talent pipeline, providing ongoing coaching to strengthen the team’s performance, and supporting the members to achieve their career development goals

Limited international travelling is to be expected.
