Our heart (back) of house should offer the same quality of service to our colleagues as we do for our guests in front of house. You will be responsible for delivering strategic HR for the hotel and day-to-day operations of Human Resources, with a team of 3 and area support from Talent Acquisition and Learning. Reporting to the General Manager, with a dotted line to the Area HR Director– UK&I, you will be one of 10 HR leaders across the UK.
- Oversee and manage day to day operations of the HR team by delivering on Hyatt’s Leadership Expectations, your generalist HR leadership role will include Talent Management and Retention, Engagement, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll, Internal Communication, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and Learning & Development
- You will drive Colleague Engagement for an employee population of around 120 colleagues, through promoting and living our values and team building
- Coaching, supporting and advising Managers and colleagues at all levels, with a hands-on approach.
- Supporting in the delivery of Hyatt’s EVP and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy across the hotel
- Collaboration with the leadership team as a business partner, including Business Plan implementation, and regular P&L review
