Director of IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)
(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week; unlimited)

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic IT infrastructure systems to support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for network, server, storage, and cloud infrastructure operations.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure solutions that meet the current and future needs of the organization.
  • Oversee projects in the planning and realization phases.
  • Manage relations with external service providers and coordinate SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and service contracts, ensuring compliance and security.

Your qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading IT infrastructure teams and projects, preferably in a dynamic and growing business environment.
  • Deep understanding of network, server, storage, and cloud technologies, as well as security protocols and disaster recovery processes.
  • Ability to develop strategic IT plans that align with business goals and anticipate future IT needs.
  • Proficient in managing large-scale IT projects, from conception to implementation, including resource allocation and timeline management.
  • Experienced in negotiating with and managing service providers, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team, excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
