Job Description:
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- This role is expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) for the SAI Category Planning Platform. This role will work closely with Product Teams to develop and update training collateral.
- Collaborate closely with PSO to ensure alignment on full TLC “statement of work” associated with initial rollout and assessment of continuing education needs beyond the first phase of adoption, including collateral development, delivery and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain a consistent training curriculum and modular collateral which can be easily adapted by all SR constituents. Delivery methods will include instructor-led training, web-based virtual classrooms, eLearning and WalkMe digital adoption methods.
- Partner with the internal TLC team members for WalkMe content authoring & LMS administration.
- This role may require occasional travel for client training, but is primarily remote-based.
