The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful budget and business management within a school division or organization with a budget exceeding $5 million, a leadership philosophy that mirrors the values and ethos of Aspen Academy, and a history of effectively supporting student and faculty recruitment, engagement, growth, performance, and retention. Three to five years of teaching experience is required, with preference given to candidates with three to five years of experience in administering special education/MTSS/gifted and talented programs. QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years experience in demonstrated success in leading school divisions, managing large faculty teams, and program performance and accountability.
- Demonstrated successful experience in budget and business management of $5M+ school division or organization.
- Demonstrated educational and leadership philosophy that is in alignment with Aspen Academy’s.
- Demonstrated success in supporting student and faculty recruitment, engagement, growth, performance and retention
- 3-5 years teaching experience
- 3-5 years experience in administering special education/MTSS/gifted and talented programs preferred.
- M.A., Education or Related Field preferred
