How you make a difference:
As the Director of Marketing and Internal Communications, you’ll spearhead the creation of engaging internal communications materials, tailored to diverse audiences and delivered through the company’s intranet. Working closely with executives, you’ll ensure seamless dissemination of vital business information across departments, fostering cohesion and alignment. Your strategic prowess will be pivotal in developing and executing an internal communications strategy that guarantees clarity, consistency, and resonance throughout the organization, shaping a cohesive narrative reflective of the company’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal communication channels and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives, fostering employee engagement, and implementing two-way feedback loops between leadership and staff.
  • Develop and distribute internal communication materials such as newsletters, emails, and intranet content to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and events while maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content and visuals that resonate with target audiences and optimizing campaign performance through monitoring and analysis.
  • Manage all DEIB communications, cultural, and wellness events, maintaining brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements across marketing and internal communication channels, and ensuring internal stakeholders embody company brand values in their interactions with external audiences.
  • Develop and manage a strategic internal communications plan, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, and manage brand assets such as logos and style guides to strengthen the organization’s brand identity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, journalism or related field is required. Master’s degree highly preferred.

Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience with a service industry or agency or a related field showing proficiency in communications/marketing planning and implementation.
  • 3 years’ experience managing a team is required.
