Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Partner with agency and product leaders to
Define and achieve short- and long-term marketing objectives for brands and products
Define and deliver branding and lead generation strategies and programs
Partner with Quebec Director of Marketing to govern OMG’s national marketing calendar and identify opportunities to optimize activity across all markets
Oversee and optimize all public facing communications, inclusive of industry relations (earned media, speaking engagements, thought leadership) and organic properties (social media, websites, marketing content) channels.
Full cycle ownership of the design, planning and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and content strategy to both attract and serve ideal clients in close partnership with the Quebec Director of Marketing

Case Study development, Award Show entries & Sizzle Reels
Defining and measuring marketing KPIs, using data to optimize investments and contributions to the Canada Business Unit.
Building strong connections across OMG to realize shared value.
Maintaining connectivity NA and Global Brand teams to leverage shared capabilities and stay abreast of new advancements and capabilities.
Serving as a business development change agent and leading teams through transformation change

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum of eight years of marketing, business and leadership experience demonstrating success delivering solutions
Experience partnering with executives to develop short and long-range marketing plans, including defining a vision and success metrics
A strong storyteller with an eye for design who can simplify complex narratives
Self-starter with a bias for action
Media Industry experience is preferred

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Robust knowledge of brand and product marketing
Working knowledge of multi-step sales and procurement processes.
Understanding of lead generation platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, social media platforms and data analytical tools.
Ability to gain a deep understanding of competitors strengths and weaknesses
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, avoiding silos, collaborating across the OMG network to integrate plans and build consensus, and consulting with colleagues
Skilled at developing efficient and effective processes to manage workflows in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment through streamlining processes and leveraging technology.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
