Description:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field of study.
- Three (3) years of healthcare experience in a professional role
- Two (2) years leadership experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- High level of business acumen, including the ability to balance the delivery of programs against the realities of a budget, problem solving, project management, and creative resourcefulness

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Campus COO, the Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight to assigned clinical and support departments for day-to-day operations. Leads in managing to metrics, mentoring leadership, and ensuring team engagement. Leads campus initiatives and projects as assigned and participates in regional/divisional strategy deployment and performance improvement efforts. Collaborates with key stakeholders and/or third-party affiliates to prepare time and cost estimates for assigned projects, tracks projects against proposed timelines and escalates encountered situations to the appropriate area with detail and accuracy. In partnership with the COO, collaborates with Business Development and Institutes to grow and optimize service lines and elevate physician relations. Promotes and actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are respectful to all persons.
