Description:

The Director of Operations will have responsibility to lead a small team that supports corporate contracts, pricing, financials, recruiting, purchasing, asset and facilities management. The Director of Operations will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure process compliance.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing process documentation to meet ISO certification requirements
  • Provide weekly reports to President in regard to corporate performance
  • Weekly AP/AR cash flow review
  • Annual performance management review program
  • Recruiting and hiring
  • Document and sharepoint management
  • Contracts management
  • Review of corporate and project budgets
  • Assistance with business and operations improvement initiatives
  • Review and oversee compliance items

Job Requirements:

The candidate for the Director of Operations should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • 5-10 years experience within Government Contracting industry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. Possible lifting up to 25lbs.
