DIRECTOR OF ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota (EHM) is a leader in senior living and care services since 1894. EHM’s mission is to enrich life and build community with older adults. We offer homes and services for people in independent, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care centers in the greater St. Paul community. We complement our homes with hospice services, a foundation, a management company, and a robust campus life program that provides a fitness center, pool, theater, childcare center, first class dining options, pub and endless enriching events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A proven track record of spearheading performance improvement projects is a must, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. With a minimum of 5 years in performance management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment, you’ll be well-equipped to thrive in this challenging yet rewarding position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, ideally within a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with development and analysis of data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards).
