DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIP AND ALLIANCES

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Partnerships and Alliances to join our growing Nakisa team. The ideal candidate will have a background in large enterprise SaaS sales through partner networks, possess a goal-oriented mindset, be methodical, and excel at fostering relationships.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating new strategic partnerships, and expanding our partner network across all lines of business. You will be developing joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and seizing new sales opportunities with global partners. You will create an ecosystem of partners who actively represent and advocate for our SaaS solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the global alliance and partnership program with the goal of increasing brand awareness and sales.
  • Own the end-to-end process of building relationships (research, identify, contact) with the Big 4 as well as industry-specific partners and consulting firms.
  • Accountable for driving business and achieving an annual sales target through strategic partnerships.
  • Drive partner growth by implementing joint GTM plans that prioritize industries with the highest win rates.
  • Spearhead the implementation of sales and marketing strategies, analyzing trends, and sharing valuable insights with partners to establish your role as a ‘trusted advisor’.
  • Work with Marketing teams on both sides to build joint closed-loop demand generation plans (Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables, and joint events).
  • Establish and monitor quarterly business objectives aimed at fostering strategic engagement with partners and tracking progress effectively.
  • Evaluate partner’s industry reputation and identify transformative and incremental business opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment of the Partner strategy with Nakisa’s value selling approach, emphasizing the establishment of long-term relationships across various touchpoints.
  • Actively contribute to the team, leveraging creativity to assist in achieving collective goals.
