HIRING/ONBOARDING/OFFBOARDING

  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Collaborate with people leaders to identify needs for workforce planning.
  • Craft job descriptions and work with Kizik external recruiters to attract top talent.
  • Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the Leadership Team for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure best practice, innovative methods and processes relating to recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human relations, communications, instructional design, business administration or a related field required. Advanced degree or SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
  • At least 7 years of people and culture management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Director of People & Culture will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of people and culture, including culture/employee relations, professional development/performance management, hiring/onboarding/offboarding, compensation/benefits, regulatory/compliance, and all other people and culture functions, and for doing so across multiple locations. Reporting to the Chief IP Officer and General Counsel and collaborating with existing people and culture staff and resources, the Director of People & Culture will be required to effectively bolster the people and culture capability of the organization; lead and manage an effective people and culture function to support management of the employee lifecycle; and contribute to broader organizational and strategic management as part of the Kizik team. The position also has a key role as ambassador of organizational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded, and upheld.
Kizik is in rapid growth mode, so the best candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and shifts in direction. They will be able to work independently while making quick and thoughtful decisions on the spot and also able to effectively negotiate and solve problems with an ability to diagnose root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
This role must be present in the organization’s Lindon, Utah headquarters.
