As the Regional Director of People for APAC, you will play a critical role in shaping Emma’s success in the region by leading our People & Organization function.

Responsibilities:

  • As the regional leader, you will define the strategic direction and key pillars necessary for Emma’s success in the Asia Pacific region. Your role involves aligning the organization’s objectives with the needs and capabilities of our talent pool, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to achieving our business goals
  • You will serve as a strategic partner to the C-suite, leveraging your expertise in people management to drive organizational success. You will champion the importance of the people function within the region, ensuring its alignment with broader business objectives
  • You will play a crucial role in coaching, mentoring, and developing our local leadership team. You will enable our leaders to drive growth and success while effectively leading their teams
  • Your leadership will be vital in fostering the Emma DNA that attracts and retains top talents. You will ensure that our teams are equipped to contribute to Emma’s longterm success in the region
  • You will analyze, improve, and disrupt the region’s operational set-up, internal processes, and connected strategies for increased productivity, employee wellness and engagement, and excellence in APAC
