The Performance Assurance Framework will ensure that the Trust Board and Board subcommittees identify and specify the information required to enable them to perform their oversight, scrutiny and assurance functions in an effective way. This framework is also expected to support the ICB Board and sub committee assurance requirements. Thus the performance assurance framework will align with the complex network of performance and accountability relationships that exist within the Trust and System and through the governance process to the Boards and sub-committees. Responsible for the Healthcare Analytics team, ensuring optimum delivery of business intelligence across the Trust and in collaboration for the system.
Working with the ICB Chief Digital and Information Officer to ensure the delivery of the Business Intelligence Road Map for the system
