On StackAdapt’s Product team, you will be building products that help our customers thrive. There is no “standard” day for a Product Manager at StackAdapt – every day will have its own set of interesting challenges.
As a Product Leader, you will have a tremendous impact across the product portfolio, with heavy involvement in customer data, API integrations, analytics, and AI. You will take the initiative in designing, building, and launching solutions that are results driven with heavy emphasis on automation and intuitive user experience.
A typical day could involve championing or working with other teams on multiple products on the go all at different stages in the product lifecycle as you forge ahead.
You will work collaboratively with engineering, design, data science, and other product teams, obsessing over details and solving specific problems.
There’s no shortage of ideas, including your own, you’ll need to be adept at using your product intuition and all available data points to ensure we take the optimal path forward. This will involve you unraveling complexity, working to understand and empathize with our customers needs, creating clarity out of ambiguity and collaborating with our internal teams to ultimately deliver a world class user experience that solves real problems for thousands of global users.
Ideally you bring prior expertise within the advertising and marketing space and have a strong track record of shipping successful data intensive projects with complex user journeys. You also have experience building and leading teams as necessary to scale with the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Research, understand, and validate user needs and market opportunities; translate that into a path that aligns with our goals and vision
- Develop a strong short and long term vision for your portfolio which helps you forge ahead ensuring that we’re accomplishing our goals day by day
- Deliver products end-to-end with a team of talented engineers and designers. From speaking to customers, to collaborating with designers on prototypes, to release management with engineers - your ownership is all-encompassing
- Lead fellow product managers and inform product team wide process broadening your impact outside of your portfolio
- Work with stakeholders and communicate precisely across the organization to make sure everyone who needs to be informed is at the correct time
- Use all the tools in your toolbox to help advance the product and our team
- Resolve questions about your portfolio of products from customers and customer-facing teams, as well as help to triage bugs and regressions as they appear
- Become an expert in the marketing and advertising industry, understanding the competitive landscape, the evolving market needs, and how those things relate to StackAdapt’s mission and vision
