EY is seeking an experienced Director of Regulatory Compliance to join our Consulting Enterprise Risk division. • Lead the Regulatory Compliance team and develop strategic plans to drive business growth within EY Consulting / Enterprise Risk.
• Build, manage, and cultivate relationships with clients across various industries to offer regulatory compliance advice and solutions.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and compliance reviews / audits for our clients.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, to keep abreast and anticipate regulatory and compliance trends and changes, proactively advising clients accordingly.
• Develop and implement robust regulatory compliance frameworks, policies, processes, and training programs.
• Mentor, inspire, and manage a high-performance team ensuring exceptional service delivery.
