Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE: The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for internal departmental communication and operations, facilitating and coordinating patient care, and quality assurance. Sign On Bonus Offered up to 10K
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Skills applicable to clinical discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with all facility staff.
- Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required
- Other education and experience may be considered upon Senior Management approval
