Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- 5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving approach.
- Prior experience in the MICE or SaaS industry is an asset.
- Native/Bilingual proficiency in English (to exchange with our international clientele).
- Proficiency in French (conversational).
- Vital asset: Proficiency in sprint selling methodology (prepare, engage, advance).
- Important asset: experience with new sales teams or lean start-ups.
QUALIFICATIONS ET APTITUDES RECHERCHÉES
- 5 ans d’expérience en ventes avec un historique de dépassement des objectifs.

Responsibilities:
- In tandem with the CEO, define the sales priorities and strategies and translate them into tactics and objectives for your team.
- Implement best practices to refine our sales process playbook.
- Build and manage a lean and agile sales and business development team:
- Develop and implement the required sales tools and materials.
- Define recruitment needs and profiles to recruit.
- Select, onboard, train, and develop team members and ensure their optimal performance.
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Define and communicate needs, objectives, and tactics.
- Coordinate and align the work of your team with company objectives.
- Be hands-on in all sales activities:
- Actively prospect for new customers worldwide.
- Renew and grow existing accounts.
- Prepare presentations and business proposals aligning with the client’s needs and objectives.
- Participate in industry events.
- Ensure the maintenance of the CRM system.
- Demonstrate flawless tracking of your files and keep them up to date in our CRM.
- Develop and maintain all sales materials and tools.
- Relay any pertinent information and collaborate with our teams to improve our offer and positioning.
