Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Prior experience in the MICE or SaaS industry is an asset.
  • Native/Bilingual proficiency in English (to exchange with our international clientele).
  • Proficiency in French (conversational).
  • Vital asset: Proficiency in sprint selling methodology (prepare, engage, advance).
  • Important asset: experience with new sales teams or lean start-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS ET APTITUDES RECHERCHÉES

  • 5 ans d’expérience en ventes avec un historique de dépassement des objectifs.

Responsibilities:

  • In tandem with the CEO, define the sales priorities and strategies and translate them into tactics and objectives for your team.
  • Implement best practices to refine our sales process playbook.
  • Build and manage a lean and agile sales and business development team:
  • Develop and implement the required sales tools and materials.
  • Define recruitment needs and profiles to recruit.
  • Select, onboard, train, and develop team members and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Define and communicate needs, objectives, and tactics.
  • Coordinate and align the work of your team with company objectives.
  • Be hands-on in all sales activities:
  • Actively prospect for new customers worldwide.
  • Renew and grow existing accounts.
  • Prepare presentations and business proposals aligning with the client’s needs and objectives.
  • Participate in industry events.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate flawless tracking of your files and keep them up to date in our CRM.
  • Develop and maintain all sales materials and tools.
  • Relay any pertinent information and collaborate with our teams to improve our offer and positioning.
