EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in sales development within a technology supplier, particularly in AI or security, or cloud.
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales strategy and execution, delivering on ambitious growth targets.
  • Success in leading and scaling high-performing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, to ensure client satisfaction and meet billing expectations.

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:

  • Expertise in consultative sales approaches, developing customized solutions to address specific needs.
  • Strong understanding of AI and/or cybersecurity technologies, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and compellingly.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Director of Sales for the Financial Services vertical, you will spearhead our mission to secure AI within one of the most sensitive and crucial sectors. You will be responsible for full funnel optimization, from lead generation to closing deals, with a particular focus on expanding our presence in the financial services industry. This role demands a visionary leader who can navigate the complex landscape of AI security, driving growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the financial services vertical, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead full funnel sales activities, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to tailor Protect AI’s offerings to meet the specific needs of the financial services sector.
  • Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services industry.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to guide product development and innovation.
