Director of Strategy and Partnerships

As the director of strategy and partnerships, the post holder will beresponsible for leading the strategy and partnership directorate so that the organisation has a clearly articulated strategy, working with the Excellence Delivery Unit to ensure the implementation of the strategy is enabled through the Excellence Portfolio. The portfolio and strategic objectives is enabled through a highly effective marketing and communications function. The strategy and partnership directorate oversees development ofthe trust strategy, supports project delivery through hosting our projectdelivery pool, oversees NHS business development and coordinates ourapproach to population health. The directorate also provides marketingand communication support across all business units, as a critical accelerator to implementing the trusts strategy and success.
The directorate is led by the director of strategy and partnerships and works closely with colleagues within the trust and across our partnerships. The role of the strategy and partnerships directorate is to influence and support the delivery of the strategy, working with teams from across the organisation including the Excellence Delivery Unit (XDU)
