YOU ARE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

• Have extensive experience in project management and team management.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have experience work with SAP.
• Have a good understanding of Safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Have the ability to use Profit and Loss information to drive successful client financial and management objectives.

Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:

• Oversees all West Pharma SCS operations and locations.
• Ability to interview, hire, and manage associates at different skill levels.
• Develop operational plans to support aggressive short-term and long-term growth.
• Works side by side with account managers to ensure we maintain an ecstatic ideal client in West Pharma.
• Strategic planning - implementing business strategies, including marketing and sales strategies
