DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required / MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on building and growing Software on premises and in the cloud.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership and management experience in product management for a software company.
  • Minimum 5+ years of direct team/department leadership experience.
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly in fraud prevention, payments, or cybersecurity, is highly desirable.
  • Inspire, rally, and engage the entire company with a powerful well-communicated product strategy and create excitement in external stakeholders and investors.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of executives and cross functional peer groups.
  • Be an expert in making data-driven decisions and adept at building measuring and reporting against fundamental business metrics and experiments.
  • Ability to envision and define product strategy with prior success in managing a scalable product portfolio with increase in profitability.
  • Strong communicator with an ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration; ability to create clarity and drive focus in a complex and dynamic context.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align product strategies with company goals and market trends.
  • Extensive knowledge of product management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Develop and demonstrate success with turning vision into strategy by researching, evaluating and modeling different strategic options in detail.
  • Leverage our current product portfolio to drive opportunities in multiple business segments on a global scale.
  • Strong customer focus, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful product solutions.
