Title and Summary
Director Product Management, Token Authentication Solutions
1. Overview: The Director, Product Management, Token Authentication Solutions will join a team managing the Mastercard Token Authentication Service across a range of different tokenized transactions, with an objective to make remote commerce payments as simple and secure as contactless payments.

  1. Role: The role is to evolve our product strategy to scale the service and accelerate authentication revenues and will focus on:
  • Development of product requirements to achieve Mastercard authentication strategy.
  • Evolution of product strategy to integrate new technologies, increase competitive advantage and create incentives for our customers to adopt the service.
  • Review of authentication pricing models and new opportunities to drive more value.
  • Provide business and technical product expertise to the regions and customers to drive good understanding of the product and benefits.
  • Alignment across the broader MA organization on product priorities to align with our strategy.
  1. All about you:
  • Strategic mind-set, analytical thinker, with experience in developing product strategies in complex and dynamic business environments
  • Strong product ownership experience in the payment or technology industry, having already brought successfully new products or solutions to market.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable articulating narratives and presenting to various levels of management.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with ability to drive high-visibility initiatives
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and handling complex tasks
  • Strong team focus and ability to effectively and proactively build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to get alignment on product approaches
  • Strong ability to understand the needs and objectives of internal and external stakeholders; influencing and negotiation skills
