Come join Intuit’s Customer Success Organization as the Director of Product Management responsible for our Virtual Expert Platform. This role is responsible for the platform itself and related tools across the enterprise. This product leader will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the Virtual Expert Platform for the Enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in highly cross-functional organizations. You will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled product managers and coaching them in the product management craft. You must have excellent collaboration skills and be able to work effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, engineers, product managers, and senior leadership.
