POSITION

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Director Production (d/f/m).
As an ideal Director Production (d/f/m), you have at least 7 years of experience in Production, ideally in the field of advertising or a large creative agency. On top, you have a proven track record of managing large-scale productions and budgets. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop clear and impactful production strategies. You excel in mentoring your team and fostering their growth. In addition, you have very good German and English Skills.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring all production processes and workflows
• Planning and monitoring the production budget and responsibility for meeting cost targets
• Continuous optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and save costs
• Managing and developing the artificial craft team, including personnel planning and development
• Establishing effective, trusting cooperation with both internal departments and external service providers
• Integration of newest AI trends and developments
• Implementation of new production technologies and methods

What you score with:

• Experience in optimizing production processes
• Leadership experience
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Creative understanding
