Job Description Summary: In this function, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations for the Consumer Group and Global Marketing & Communications organization, championing the optimization of processes to elevate cross-functional organizational effectiveness, including our operating model, rhythms, communication and culture throughout our group.

We are looking for an experienced and effective people manager who helps their people do what others say can’t be done. As Senior Director of Ops, you will establish the operational backbone of the business and steer towards the future, allowing the company to grow and expand across geographies and product lines.
The ideal candidate moves nimbly and thrives in a fast-paced environment, from rolling up their sleeves to launch a new location to 5 year strategy and planning. You care about the details but see the bigger picture and can drive a team to deliver high quality work quickly.

Core responsibilities:

  • Drive business operations, operating model, routines, schedules, and all events that correspond with the rhythm of the business
  • Build productive and collaborative relationships with leadership and partners to drive operational and organizational improvements
  • Drive our operating model in alignment of business outcomes, team engagement and culture
  • Contribute to the cultural health across the organization in the areas of trust, inclusion and diversity.
  • Lead special projects across a matrixed organization
  • Lead communication and implementation of new ways of working and plans
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and projects
  • Assess the impact of change and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate clear goals and objectives
  • Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Support benchmarking exercises as needed, to gain insights and direction
  • Orchestrate forums /cadences/practices to ensure leadership team is aligned on business matters; provides frameworks and tools across peer leaders to ensure organizational issues and risks are swiftly and openly addressed
  • Build productive and collaborative relationships with leadership and partners to drive operations improvements
  • Drive our operating model in alignment of business outcomes, team engagement and culture
  • Contribute to the cultural health across the organization in the areas of trust, inclusion and diversity.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership operations, marketing, communications or business planning roles
  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling processes through an organization
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Passion for leading through influence, fostering an inclusive culture and communicating effectively at all levels including senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience of strong interpersonal skills
  • Change agent in a dynamic environment
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Highly effective communicator with stellar multi-tasking skills
  • Energized by working on multiple projects across a massive scope, simultaneously
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • High comfort working in a high paced environment
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated agility to adapt to change, external environment, project scope and direction

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $118700 to $246290
