- Degree in Business Administration, Economic Development, Commerce, or other related discipline;
- Considerable experience providing leadership, strategic and technical advice at the senior management level;
- Considerable experience building effective networks and relationships with First Nation clients and stakeholders;
- Demonstrated experience in business development and economic development planning at the community and regional level;
- Demonstrated project management experience;
- Considerable experience leading a team of professionals including managing human and financial resources.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
