United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring a Director, Revenue Operations to join our team. As Director, Revenue Operations you will own of the campaign revenue process and expert subject on data to support the development of resources. Owns the operational needs of multiple fundraising activities. Provides necessary resources to intra-departmental clients to provide an efficient & effective functional interaction among teams.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements: Three to five years’ experience in data management or process/project management.
Technology Requirements: Knowledge of modern web browsers , intermediate Word and Excel, advanced Outlook.
Other Essential Knowledge/Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, particularly adept at handling sensitive issues; ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail. Spanish language not a requirement but helpful.
