Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Finance Transformation Strategy and other partners to deliver the right outcomes for Group Finance and Finance more broadly
  • Develop, maintain, automate and expand usage of driver-based models for each of our key lines of business
  • Work across the GPI and Group Finance Business Intelligence specialists to automate and simplify reporting and forecasting processes
  • Provide insights on revenue outcomes across NIM drivers and sensitivities, balance sheet performance including quality (e.g., impairments / provisioning), and capital intensity through driver-based forecasting
  • Build capability within the Group for how risk adjusted returns are used across the enterprise and reported, including, but not limited to exploring best practice approaches on product profitability
  • Build deeper valuation capability by translating Line of Business (LOB) financials into Sum of The Parts (SoTP) for key capital allocation decisions
  • Develop and maintain a view of our competitive environment, and incorporate into ongoing analysis for senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to the Group’s corporate / statutory (Australian & offshore) reporting / disclosure in accordance with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requiremen
