POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Director, Operational Risk Management, to lead and oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of BDC’s Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF). They will be responsible to manage and optimize ORM Programs in alignment with regulatory, industry and risk management best practices. They will oversee the first Line of Defense (1LOD) in the management of operational risk and take on a leadership role in the enhancement of BDC’s risk culture at all levels of the organization through training, awareness, and reporting initiatives.
