We are looking for a Director, Sales and Buisness Development for our Cash Services division.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead sales, strategy and planning for the Cash Services division
  • Develop and manage account plans and sales strategies
  • Provide feedback on sale progress and alternative strategies
  • Perform sales, presentations and relationship building with customers at senior levels
  • Drive the sales cycle through qualification, assessment, proposal and ROI
  • Generate revenue to ensure goals are achieved
  • Increase market share by proactively pursuing and closing new business
  • Assist the team with value proposition and executive briefings
  • Develop sales strategies which will enable to reach sales targets
  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential leads and continuously grow this pipeline
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly activity to ensure productivity
  • Effectively generate interests within each targeted account
  • Manage, track and monitor the performance of the accounts
  • Identify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop new markets
  • Compile business proposals and negotiate contractual arrangements
  • Represent GardaWorld’s core values and business principles

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with complex and long sales cycle management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in business management
  • Experience leading strategic sales development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer centered focus
  • Available to travel if required
  • Good sense of leadership, structuring, execution, negotiation and account development expertise
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong teamwork, outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate competitive differentiation
